lyrics

Early Morning Dream

1) I had a dream about a girl
We met each other in a whirl
We lay together and soon we had kids
The problem was I felt too young
I couldn’t tell her, my tongue was gone
She only saw me going away
I left her a letter with a little tip,
She shouldn’t forget me cause I’m a big pig!

Chorus:

2) I woke up in the early morning
The bed was wet and I was wondering
But the dream had gone away
I can’t remember what has happened
The eyes were small like a Japans’
And I was going washing my face
I went out to walk to my little rock
As soon as I reached, I got a big shock
Saw me:

Chorus: Sitting on top of that stone
And thinking about right and wrong
Beside me an old bloody bone
From a friend I once called my own.
